Munter Trail

Munter Trail follows the Racquette River for a 2.2 mile out and back trip. It travels through the forest so it's shaded with breaks in the trees for views of the river.

The trail is hard packed dirt and finely crushed stone with short sections of boardwalk. It's fairly level with a few grades and boardwalk ends that don't meet flush with ground where visitors using wheelchair may need assistance.
The trail starts at the sidewalk and there isn't a parking area. Park at Ives Park and walk/roll along the sidewalk to the trailhead. The sidewalk and curb cuts are in good condition. Trail  44.66728, -74.9902
