A great party at KC and Sierra's, home again
We had a great time at KC and Sierra's place on Saturday. We saw some people we haven't seen in years so it was a wonderful catch up. The food was awesome, don't think I got a picture, but it was catered from a Mexican Restaurant in downtown Sacramento. Way too much food was left over!

We had great time, I called it quits about 0030 and Ken was up until 0200 or so. Luckily we ended up getting that extra hour of sleep, but were still up early. KC made us a delicious breakfast before leaving to head home. Thanks KC and Sierra for a wonderful time!!
I think we were on the road around 0930 or so. When we got to Gardnerville we stopped at Sharkey's and had linner. Fish tacos were excellent once again Doug! Homeward bound after that.
We unloaded only what we had too. Ken called it night pretty early and I went to bed around 2200. It was a rough weekend haha.
Monday morning we got up around 0730, coffee and catching up with our blogging friends. I emptied and cleaned the Mansion and Ken did what he needed to do to get it ready for the next trip. Not sure when, but it's ready!
Visited with Karen for Happy Hour but it was another early night. This getting dark at 1700 is awful! Oh well, we know in 6 months it'll be the other way around :)
We finally bit the bullet and bought a new bed for us. John and Karen recommended it so we got one. Came in a box, vacuumed sealed so we got it on the box springs and let it inflate. We slept in the guest room. Those things are amazing!
Today after getting some things done I pulled out our Christmas bedding and got it on. The season is so short, I love looking at it. Put the bedspreads on in the two guest rooms too 😍
Tomorrow we are headed for Carson City for Ken's lung check up but come Thursday I'll deck out the bunkhouse for Christmas. I know it's early, but I just can't help myself!
Glad our Canadian friends have made it over the border safely, without a lot of problems. Wish they all could have come! We'll be heading for Arizona beginning of January!

I forgot to mention that the cauliflower pizza turned out excellent!! Our new favorite! I'll post the recipe next post for those that are interested. Trust me, so good!
